Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.

Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

Please note that in case of cancellation, NO REFUND shall be granted.

It can HAPPEN that I would ask for extra payment for many reasons: Extra Work, Work way more complicated that requires more time and energy, Start everything over in case of Art Concept / Design... These scenarios are rare, but it's not impossible to happen. Please take account of these in you budget if your request is a big project !

My work is a real passion and I gratuated Art Schools. Therefore and to assure a qualitative of results, THERE IS NO DEADLINE AT ALL. It all depends on factors such as Health, Personnal life, Complexity of the commissioned piece, Other projects..

However if you need a deadline, thank you for informing me at the very beginning of your request so I can addapt and organise myself better to respect the delays.

I wont keep working on the piece as long as i am not 100% paid of the initial price we agreed on (after the sketch).

Once the piece is done, you will receive the full-resolution image via your email. Note that there is no physical product.

However, if you wish a Print, you can aske me and we can work on it together. Note that shipping fees will be added in the final price ; and may vary depending on the country you live in.

I'll contact you at each step (sketch, linart, color, etc..) so you can ask me any modifications. Note that once you confirm a step, there's no turning back on it. (No pressure, you will have all the time you need to validate)

A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.

If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

You have the right to cancel anytime, but be aware that there will be no refund.

If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

Commit to frequently update through private messages with screenshots of my progression.

Reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

Will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the characters featured in the project.

Will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.

Reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.

If you don't respect my engagements, I have the right the engage legal proceeding.

You :

May upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels, As long as you gave me proper credits.

You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)

May NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent, edit my watermark, or claim the artwork as your own.

Are allowed to sell the artwork If it is an Adoptable and as long as you keep me informed.

You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP) of your characters.
